Cinnamon Bey Beruwala

This hotel has a beautiful soul and truly is a perfect place to unwind. The staff is professionally trained, very nice and friendly people. Rooms are little bit outdated, but clean and all the amenities are there including slippers and bathrobe. Internet works perfectly fine and fast. Pool is huge, definitely one of the biggest outdoor pools I have seen in a hotel, always very clean. Food is also great, there are endless options at the buffet and the a la carte menu also has nice and tasty items along with good drinks. They offer many activities during the day, gym is small but sufficient.

Everything about Cinnamon Bey Beruwala was to good. The buffets, facilities and availability, maintenance, cleanliness, instructions provided arrival etc. From the time we stepped in to the hotel and till the time we left was excellent. Should specially thank the chefs and the restaurant staff specially the managers were providing personalised attention all the guests. There was a huge crowd for.every buffet but, they were able to come and speak to everyone one on the feedbacks and that was excellent. Keep up the good work and I would like to encourage them for all their work.

I recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and as usual, Cinnamon Hotels went above and beyond by upgrading my room to the deluxe category, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great location, and the deluxe room was spacious, well-maintained, and met all expectations.Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mihirani, who handled the process professionally. The food was of good quality and up to Cinnamon’s usual high standards..

My family and I (parents and siblings) spent a weekend at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort’s ambiance, facilities, and service made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. The amenities were top-notch—from the spacious pool to the well-equipped gym and serene spa, everything was maintained beautifully. A special thank you to Shehani and Sarindu at the reception. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. Shehani went the extra mile by walking us to our rooms while explaining all the amenities, their locations, and timings, which made our stay smooth and organized right from the beginning. The buffets at the Büfe restaurant were outstanding! There was a deliciously wide spread covering multiple cuisines—from Sri Lankan to international dishes—and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Easily one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had at a resort. There was a minor slip-up with room service, but honestly, it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the overall stay was. The staff’s warmth, the beautiful location, and the great food more than made up for it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
